Schnapper, Joseph


Son of Leib and Malka. He was born on June 1, 1914 in Lodz, Poland, where he studied at the “Yeshiva” and later studied in a high school in Germany. He worked as a simple laborer in the building, but after a short period of time he continued to agriculture, studied at the Ein Harod Labor Seminary and undertook the concentration of the agricultural farm in Givat Haim, and began working for a year and a half. He was a member of the Haganah and a chief of staff, and in these positions he showed great devotion and interest. He was drafted into the IDF in November 1950. He fell in the line of duty while on reserve duty on the 27 th of May 1955 ) And was brought to eternal rest in the cemetery in Givat Haim, where he left a wife and three sons.
