Schlesinger, Uri (David-Moshe)
Son of Yosef and Frida. He was born on February 10, 1931 in Hungary. He immigrated to Israel in July 1948 and was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces in January 1950. He was in the regular army and was in the Air Force, and was considered one of the oldest and most beloved instructors on the campuses. On October 27, 1956, Uri fell in an air raid in the Sinai Peninsula, during which he destroyed the structure of an Egyptian armored brigade and was buried at the military emergency cemetery in Bari And on the 12th of Mershvan 1958 (6.11.1957) was transferred to the eternal rest of the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
