As a middle son in a three-boy family, Yaniv had a special place. A special relationship developed between him and his younger brother, Guy, and they were together as one body. Yaniv was involved and involved in all the extended family events. His great charm – his looks, his smile, and the cutting of his words gave him confidence and joy over his parents and family. At the end of November 1992, Yaniv was drafted into compulsory service. He passed the basic training and advanced training course at the Golani Brigade and was trained as a fighter.
