Sapir, Abraham
Son of Nazi and Shimon. Abraham was born in the Soviet Union on the 8th of Tevet 5708 (8.1.1958). Sima’s younger brother. Then Manna was born. The family immigrated to Israel in 1971. They settled in Ashkelon. In July 1979, Avraham enlisted in the Israel Police. He served in the Border Police. Avraham married Nana, and the couple established his home in Ashkelon. Etti was born in 1982, Gabi in 1983, Sarit in 1986, and Tzilil was born in late 1994. Rav Avraham fell in the line of duty on March 19, 2012. Fifty-four years old. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Ashkelon. He left a wife, two sons and two daughters, a mother and two sisters.
