He was born in Lodz in Poland in 1925. During World War II he was in a concentration camp, and in 1946 he went to Paris and from there he settled in Bat Yam, where he joined the army and served in the Givati Brigade. (September 12, 1948), while on a tour between Negba and Ibidis, he boarded a mine and was killed. The next day he was laid to rest in the military cemetery at Nahalat Yitzhak.
