After his marriage and after his son was born, he went to the recruitment office and asked to be reexamined for a medical examination, and he was found fit for service, and was given a 97 profile. Combat paramedics, rose to the rank of corporal and a member of a minority unit. In this unit he served for about 10 years in the reserves. He went out with the unit for security and guarding functions along the borders and throughout the country, helped his comrades in the unit and treated them when necessary. When the Peace for Galilee War broke out, Moshe was called several times for reserve service. For months on end he had done his duty on the front lines. At his request, he was transferred to the Border Police unit, which served in Lebanon. On November 4, 1983, a terrorist cell infiltrated a military building in Tire and blew it up. Among the casualties was Moshe. He was 34 years old when he fell. He was laid to rest at the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem. Moshe left behind Raya – Rachel, Son of – Shaul, daughter – Pnina, parents, three sisters and brother.
