Salman, Nissim (“Johnny”)

Son of Yehezkel and Najia. He was born on June 18, 1939 in Basra, Iraq. The family immigrated to Israel and tried it. He completed his studies at the “Komemiyot” elementary school in Pardes Katz, and later attended the fishing school in Kfar Vitkin. He was drafted into the IDF in September 1959 and served in the Israeli Navy on June 25, 1960. He died and was put to rest at the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul
