Sagron, Amnon

Ben-Zion and Wardia. He was born on May 15, 1953, in Moshav Telamim, to a family of farmers working in the land, at the beginning of January 1972 and was assigned to the Chief Rabbinate. During the Yom Kippur War, Amnon contributed his part to the Sinai front and the Syrian front. On the 17th of Elul 5737 (January 1, 1974) Amnon fell while serving. He was laid to rest in the cemetery in Moshav Talmim. Survived by his parents, eight brothers and sisters. In a letter of condolence to the bereaved family, his commander wrote: “… Amnon was a quiet and disciplined soldier who fulfilled all the tasks he was required to do … He took part in the disengagement missions after the Yom Kippur War, His role in faith, helped and helped others work. “His family donated a Torah scroll to the synagogue in the moshav, to commemorate his name.
