Born on 30.4.1979 at the “Donolo” Hospital in Jaffa, she grew up and was educated in Bat Yam Gabi, a beautiful baby with blue eyes and devilish hair, was named for her grandfather, a sister to Sigal, Dotan and Idan. She graduated from the elementary school in Bat Yam and was discovered as a diligent and diligent student, and at the end of sixth grade she moved to the junior high school at the Ramat Ofer high school, thanks to her good grades and a return to Israel. She volunteered in her spare time at the Bat Yam police station, where her father worked. Gabi won a scholarship from the Israel Police, and joined the Bat Yam fire department and came with the firefighting teams to deal with fire incidents. Gabi met Gil, and the relationship between the two developed into a strong and eternal love, and when she reached the ninth grade, Gabi asked to go to school with her sister Sigal at the Ort Air Force high school in Tel Nof, But when the headmaster of the school confessed to her confession, he immediately decided to accept it. Gabi studied mechanical engineering until 12th grade, and continued her studies at Rehovot College until she was drafted into the IDF. Gabi was a warm and loving person. She could express her love for deeds-and also for writing. She was amazed to write poems and at every opportunity she wrote her friends personal greetings from the heart. Her writing expressed her talent for expression, sensitivity and wisdom, optimism and love of life. “Sometimes it seems that there is no power, there is exhaustion, but you have to sit and breathe, just look around and see friends and friends, see smiles and caresses and know that even when we are a bit moody, life goes on and they are so beautiful.” “It’s fun to look back and remember / to know that we’re in the present and do not have to hurry. Slowly everything will pass, and then the future will be another past to remember.” “When a person is born, he designs for himself a certain figure who will look like this in the eyes of his parents, his family, his friends and even his children … He chooses how to act, what to do, how to speak, and of course how to live right … “If you search for an angel you will not find even a man, but if you look for a person, you may find an angel …” Adam Receives the title ‘special’ if he learns to maintain the good qualities he absorbed, and is willing to project them to the environment in order to learn from him. “Life is like a rare pearl, it’s hard to find beauty in it, only from the outside, but when you dig deeper and deeper, you find something small that gives the whole shell meaning to its very existence.” Gabi loved the sea and specialized in diving. She would dive to a depth of 30 meters and enjoy watching the various sea creatures, and especially loved the dolphins she met in Eilat. She loved collecting stamps from all over the world, and she listened to quiet music with the sounds of the sea. At the beginning of July 1997, Gabi enlisted in the Air Force and joined the mechanical department at the center of electronic equipment in the center of the country, where she served as an engineer in mechanical production. During her service she set up a storehouse of household goods such as blankets, heaters and fans. She collected the items from the base soldiers in order to transport them to needy elderly. Its members for service and its membersThe citizens continued to enjoy unique personal greetings that she composed for birthdays and various events. In January 2001, Gabi began her army service. By the time she was twenty-three, she had married her favorite age. The wedding ceremony was happy and moving and it was the happiest day of her life. But happiness did not last long; Half a year after the wedding, Gabi felt pain in the pelvic area and after tests it turned out that she had cancer. Gabi fought the disease and did not give up; Even when she underwent surgery and difficult treatments, she continued to smile, to strengthen her surroundings and to ensure that she would regain her strength and return to her work. On Thursday, 11 October 2002, Gabi died at the age of 23. She was brought to rest in the military cemetery in Holon, leaving a husband, parents, sister and two brothers, and was promoted to the rank of sergeant. Meir, head of mechanical field at base 108: “‘Every breath, every whisper, every word / makes me say a prayer / thank you, who sits in heaven / who linked me to the amazing creature’. You wrote these lines, and your colleagues at the service brought them to me. When I speak to your memory, I turn to your friends at the base – and they are many, many. From conversations with them emerges a wonderful girl figure, all of whose members say about her – ‘Thank you in Heaven, who linked me to the amazing creature’. You came to serve at the base four years ago, a mechanical engineer who immediately contributed from her professional skills to the much important work that is being done. But not just the professional skills you brought with you. You brought light, joy of life, endless optimism, love of others – and unconditional giving. I became familiar with the activities of helping the needy – and the sick. I became familiar with the activities of commemorating soldiers and writing greetings and songs for celebrations. From your sick bed you continued to worry and encourage the servants at the base, you insisted on participating in the celebrations and you strengthened those who came to strengthen you. I got to know a loving woman of my age, and my beloved daughter and sister, Dvora, Mordechai, Sigal, Dotan and Idan. We assure you that the 108 family will also be their family. Gabi joined the Air Force family with a mechanical programmer and served for four years in the field of mechanical engineering. Which is central to electronic equipment, which is of great importance. Gabi was highly professional and did her exemplary job. In all its actions, the diligence, devotion and willpower were expressed, which were also a source of strength in its war against the severe disease. Gabi, who worked hard to help the needy, was pleasant and was very kind and loved. For a long time, Gabi struggled with the disease, with hope and admirable courage, until her body was subdued. “You have always thought of everyone and cared for everyone in the office and outside it, you were a true friend of your friends, as a great sister you always spoke with love and pride about your brothers and extended family. All of them you spoke with affection and you all wanted to help, what a pity we could not help you. I will never forget you and our ‘conversations of the road’. “Advanced Sergeant Yigal Fradilov, Gabi’s commander:” Gabi brought a lot of light to our office, she really loved life. She was exemplary, professional, caring and highly motivated. Even when she underwent chemotherapy and we went to visit her, she was interested in what was happening in our unit, and she felt sorry for us instead of herself when we told us that there was a lot of work. “The friends wrote:” There are not enough words to describe you, And love of others. I remember the day you joined us in the office, you were so afraid to move to a new place and become an only child in the countrySurvived with four sons. But within a few days you built all of us in your office and made the work in the office pleasant and fun. … How do you separate from a child who was a flower full of light and joy of life, who had dreams and many hopes for the future. There seems to be no way to say good-bye, and you’ll always have that beautiful, joyful girl in our hearts. We will never forget you. “Dina wrote:” How can you write words to a society that has always written for us? There is no day that goes by and you do not miss a smile, for the good that was in you and the desire to give and give without any return. Everywhere you came, you touched, you sowed only good. The special language that was only yours and your talent to find everything on the positive side. You always knew how to express everything with humor, even when the suffering was unbearable. The day you left you left a deep hole in our hearts. How can we forget an amazing person like you … love and miss. “On Gaby’s birthday, Commandant Gabi spoke to her:” Today is Gabi’s birthday and a few days before the IDF Memorial Day and the Israel Day. The life that was spread around her by the light and the spirit of giving, the soldier who gave herself to breathe life into life, and from the day I got to the field, the stories on my back did not stop.I met her at the hospital I realized how important she was and full of the optimism she had created around her. That, many stories and memories still will never stop, Gabi will always be in our hearts with a smile The stories of the mechanical field will be woven into Gabi’s memory, always with us on our way. ” Yigal wrote: “You came to our department in August 1999, and like the shining light in the sky, you brought with you the light and joy of life, and with your many talents you get into things quickly and learn the different work processes. Your organizational and planning abilities have been expressed in all the events of the department and the mechanical field, Gabi, you are very fond of your donation and your donation without limits, expressed in various fields and volunteering for various institutions. Initiating collection of different things to Gabi, I want you to know that you planted the root of these blessed activities and we, your friends, are trying to continue in the blessed enterprise that you started. “I was very pleased to meet you and be your commander, and I will continue your work on a voluntary basis and help others. The Skat family wrote: “When you reached us, you were quiet and withdrawn into yourself, and we did not know which volcano would erupt, and indeed the eruption was not long in coming, and everyone around you enjoyed every moment of being with you. “It is too difficult for us to tell you the great event in your life. “When I talk about my life, there are only good things: a girl with eternal optimism, a constant smile on her lips, and a joy of life that only has to do with it.” Gabi: Thank you for We have learned a lot from my back and back, the support, the initiative and the ambition that has affected you all to this day, and we remember the optimism you planted in difficult times, the daily smile that everythingAnd nothing. The courage to do things as you saw, with a lot of caring and giving. We miss you a lot and we will always remember! “
