Son of Yosef and Miriam. Born on the 8th of Kislev 5702 (December 8, 1951) in the city of Devedo, Morocco, where he attended elementary school and high school, he participated in a bicycle competition and excelled in everything, for he was an avid sports enthusiast and devoted his spare time to him.
