Rosenstein, Nathan


Son of Paula and Moshe. He was born on November 28, 1919 in Vienna, Austria, under the influence of his mother, who devoted herself to his Zionist national education. He joined the ranks of Betar at the age of ten and became one of the most well-known youth in the movement. He made aliyah to Israel in 1938 and immediately joined the Betar company in Herzliya. He joined the ranks of the Irgun and served in various positions in the Haganah and in the maintenance of Jewish settlements. He joined the British army and was stationed in the British Army, where he served in Egypt and on 14 Av, July 28, 1942, he fell in his service and was laid to rest at the British military cemetery in Fayyad, Egypt. He is remembered in the book “Zachremam Netzach”, which was also commemorated in “The Book of Volunteerism” in the Yizkor Book of the Jabotinsky Institute . He was 22 years old when he died.
