Rosenman, Mordechai


Son of Menachem-Mendel and Rivka. Was born on March 21, 1930, in the city of Zdolbunov, Poland. You received his father when he was one year old and the mother, together with Mordechai, came to Israel two years later (in 1933). He studied at the school for children of workers in Rehovot and later at the Mikveh Israel agricultural school. Agriculture was his profession, though he did not deal with it. He showed a tendency toward painting. Was drafted into the IDF in February 1948. He was a saboteur and toured the Palmach, and after his wounds he studied aerial mechanics for a while. He recently served as a pilot in the Air Force. In the course of his duty, on the 28th of Tamuz 5761 (July 29, 1951)) fell and was brought to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
