Rosenberg, Jacob
Son of-Rivka and Zalman-Shlomo was born on March 6, 1922, in Hungary, two weeks after the establishment of the State of Israel on May 30, 1948, when his wife and his wife immigrated to Israel and settled in Haifa. Yaakov, and was assigned to the Givati Brigade in Battalion 13. He participated in Operation Horev to expel the Egyptian army from Israel, and on December 7, 1948 he fell during the bombardment of outpost 112 near Kibbutz Urim. Yaakov was brought to Kibbutz Gevulot for burial, and on August 11, 1949, he was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Haifa
