Rivlin, Yosef-Boaz


Ben Esther and Isaac – Jephthah. He was born on December 21, 1970 in Petah Tikva. In his early years, the family lived in Jerusalem. He was a lively child, endowed with kindness and personal charm. He began his studies at the Janusz Korczak Elementary School in Jerusalem and continued his high school studies at the Rene Cassin School of Realism. He had an ability in the fields of mathematics and physics and engaged in sports activities. He was active in the Hanoar Haoved Vehalomed youth movement and one of the initiators of the Nahal Brigade, but his hopes of forming a nucleus were not fulfilled, and he was drafted in February 1989 and assigned to serve in the Artillery Corps, He was later transferred to the Signal Corps, where he fell during his service on the 16th of Iyar 5739 (16.5.1989) and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem, followed by his parents and two brothers Eyal and Amit. He commemorated his memory in a synagogue.
