Rice, Shlomo

Son of Moshe was born in 1904. He immigrated to Palestine with his family and lived in Haifa, where he worked in a British army workshop, where he was an active member of the Haganah. On February 25, 1948, while driving in a military truck, Shlomo was killed by Arab bullets who stopped the vehicle in order to rob the car, and was brought to rest in the old Carmel cemetery, leaving a wife, Yoram, daughter of Naomi and parents.
