Rezabi, Haim (Haimon)


Ben Shoshana and Moshe. Born in Holon on December 5, 1959. Born to a traditional family with many children, son of-Shoshana and Moshe attended elementary and junior high schools in his hometown and continued to study for two more years at the Amal vocational school in the framework of the framework. In October 1977 he joined the IDF and served in the Signal Corps. He was transferred to a vocational training course in November 1978. In November 1978, he took a course in the field of command and control and was promoted to corporal. In August 1979 he was promoted to sergeant. Haim was sent to a team commanders course and was promoted to the rank of sergeant in July 1980. He began his military service in the Southern Command, but spent most of his service in the Northern Command, the Golan Heights and the Lebanese border. In October 1980 he was about to be released from regular service, but volunteered to serve in the regular army. On September 2, 1980, he traveled by military vehicle from Birnit in the Galilee to Safed. At the Avivim-Sasa junction, his vehicle rode to the side of the road and overturned. Haim was killed in an accident. He was 21 years old. He was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Holon. Survived by his parents, four sisters and three brothers.
