Ben Ariela and Elias. He was born on the 12th of Shvat 5743 (February 4, 1983) in Eilat. Brother to Rachel and Daniel. A handsome baby, who grew up to be a comfortable and pleasant child, smiling and amusing. From a very young age Ronny loved singing and reciting songs, and at the age of 4 he was a member of the choir in Eilat. Roni attended the “Yaalim” elementary school in Eilat, the junior high school “Oren” and the graphic design at the “Amal” high school in Afula. When his parents divorced, Ronny decided to be the male figure in the house and take care of his mother and his sisters, Rachel and Daniel. He knew how to respect others, especially older people, had a broad heart, had never spared anyone who had asked for help and was giving beyond his ability. He always kept his word and did not disappoint. Ronny had a very developed sense of humor, and was an imitator and entertainer. A handsome, green-eyed boy and boy, 1.94 meters tall, liked to dress elegantly and was courted by everyone around him. Without Roni there was no social interest anywhere. At the age of 13 he played for a basketball team in Afula for about a year. In September 2001, Roni was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces and stationed in the Navy as a security guard at the Olga Center. On Wednesday, March 20, 2002, Roni traveled on bus 823 from Tel Aviv to Afula, where he lived. At about 7 am, at the Umm al-Fahem junction, a suicide bomber boarded the bus, and when he reached the middle of the bus he blew himself up at the Musmus junction. Cpl. Roni Revivo was killed in the attack, killing six others, and Roni was laid to rest at the military cemetery in Eilat at the age of 19. He was survived by his parents and two sisters.
