Revach, Nissim


Son of Simi and Masoud. Nissim was born in Israel on July 22, 1967. He was born to a large family with eleven brothers and sisters. Nissim served in the Israeli Air Force shortly after his release in June 1991. He joined the Israel Prison Service and began serving in the security services at the Shikma Prison in Ashkelon. In 1966, a prisoner cut his face and left ear hard. Nissim recovered, continued his duties, and even climbed the ranks. Nissim was known as an active and energetic prison guard, highly motivated, who showed great care and involvement in what was going on around him, and his colleagues appreciated him for his honesty and his inclination to say what he had in mind. The sons Lior and Lidor and daughter Linoy, who lived with his family in Sderot. On 4 Elul, August 12, 2002, First Sergeant Nissim died. Thirty-five years old. Survived by a wife, two sons and a daughter, brothers and sisters.
