Reva, Ilan

Ilan, son of Mazal and Moshe Reva, was born in Lod in 1969. Ilan was a musician and used to sing and drum in public events. He was drafted into the IDF in late July 1987 and volunteered for the Paratroopers Brigade. In time he was given the rank of sergeant. On August 9, 1989, in the area of ​​the good fence in Lebanon, Ilan was injured when a car bomb exploded and was evacuated to the hospital in serious condition. On the 24th of Tevet (January 9, 1991) he died of his wounds and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Lod. Survived by his parents and two sisters – Etti and Yael.
