Reiser, Chaim


Son of Hassia and Ze’ev-Aryeh, was born in 1914 in Romania and immigrated to Israel in 1936. Chaim lived in Holon and was a member of the Haganah. During the War of Independence he joined the army and served in the “Kiryati” brigade. He participated in the operation “Danny” and fell in a battle near Dir-Tarif on 5 Tammuz (12.7.1948) and was brought to rest in the military cemetery in Nahalat Yitzhak. He left behind a wife, Esther and two children.
