He was a dairy farmer in the Gevim group, The “Guard” was stationed at the site of the “Omar” nucleus, which served as a treasurer for a while, was one of the members of the nucleus who considered them pleasant, He knew how to overcome crises, and in his special way he would preach to others that no one held a grudge against him. On the 23rd of Adar, 5723 (March 11, 1961), he fell in the line of duty and was brought to rest in the cemetery in Kfar Sava, and his parents published a booklet in his name and in his memory and on the second anniversary In his fall appeared “Ali Mishmar David” – a booklet devoted entirely to Yigal. The parents donated a crown to a Torah scroll in the Great Synagogue in Kfar Saba.
