Son of-Ruth and Moshe was born on January 30, 1963. In Tel-Aviv, Tal began his studies at the Ilanot Elementary School and completed his studies at the Hugim High School in Haifa, He was a sociable, smart and clever boy with a sense of humor, and he was very fond of his many friends, and in the fifth grade Tal joined the Scouts movement, the Ilanot tribe, and continued his membership there until the end of high school. , Who was an outstanding student, read many books and listened to records, and at the same time dealt with sports to develop his physical fitness in preparation for enlistment in the IDF. Tal was drafted into the Israel Defense Forces in October 1981 and volunteered for the Navy in order to take a Naval Training Course, where he underwent a basic training course for naval personnel, a diving course for shallow water and a sailing course. Because he was an excellent soldier, Raz was sent to an officers’ course, successfully completed it, and was awarded the rank of lieutenant-colonel, and his commanders appreciated him as a quiet and kind soldier, with a special sense of humor and very fond of his friends. D. (28.12.1983), Lieutenant-Colonel Tal fell in battle in Lebanon during the Peace for Galilee War and was brought to rest at the military cemetery in Haifa, Tal was promoted to lieutenant, leaving behind his parents and three brothers
