Raviv, Avihu


Son of Moshe flourished. He was born on May 21, 1937 in Kiryat Haim. In 1953, at the age of 16, he was one of the pupils of the vocational high school of the Hebrew Technion in Haifa, and was awarded the first prize in the competition for students of the construction of Dogmatus (cardboard) – a competition declared by the Israeli airline Klob and the Dutch airline KLM Was a free flight and spent a week in the Netherlands as a guest of the company He belonged to the Hanoar Haoved movement and was a Gadna-Air instructor for a long time and took part in Gadna’s first delegation to the United States in 1955. He graduated from the Technion Hebrew University of Haifa in the Faculty of Aeronautics and was drafted into the IDF in August 1955. He participated in the Sinai Campaign and later took a course in reconnaissance, Define the Air Force pilot. He fell in the line of duty on 10 June 1959 and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery in Haifa.
