Rasooli, Israel
Son of Sarah and David. He was born on April 15, 1951. In Haifa, a week after his family immigrated to Israel from Iraq, he spent his childhood in Ra’anana, as a regular child in all respects. After completing eighth grade, he wanted to fulfill his dream and be accepted to the kibbutz, where he arrived in Kibbutz Negba and completed his local high school. After his release in late August 1972, he worked for Israel Aerospace Industries and studied at the customs school in the evening. He then worked for the Israel Electric Corporation. In 1982 he married Tamar. They had two children – Shai and Meir. Israel was a tall, charismatic, shy, kind-hearted man who loved to help everyone – to sell and sell. The love of his life was nature and the sea, but above all he loved his children. He knew how to honor and support his parents. He was a very close family member, very emotional and loved by everyone. Israel participated in the Yom Kippur War and Operation Peace for the Galilee. He did his reserve duty in the IAF. Israel fell during his service on the 16th of Sivan 5752 (16.6.1992) during reserve service. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul. He was forty-one years old when he fell.
