Rahal, Rahal
Son of Salman and Warda. He was born on January 1, 1952 in Abu Seih. He attended elementary school in Beit Zarzir near Nahalal. Rahal was a member of a family of farmers with many children and he was educated from his childhood to love the work of the land. When he finished elementary school, he began helping his father with his agricultural work. Alongside his studies, Rahal was active in sports and was a member of Beit Zarzir’s sports organization. He was popular and admired in society and loved to help his friends and family. His devotion to his adult parents knew no bounds and he helped them all. Rahal was drafted into the IDF in March 1969. After completing basic training, he returned to his village and helped his father in his work, and in 1973 he volunteered for the army as a tracker and was asked to do so. In 1975, Rahal decided to start a family and married Shaukia, and on January 20, 1976, Rahal fell to the cemetery in Beit Zarzir, leaving behind a wife, parents and five brothers and sisters.
