Rachamim, Nathan


Son of Mordechai and Tzvia. He was born on October 17, 1955 in Kiryat Ata, where he studied at the Talmud Torah Elementary School in Kiryat Ata, where he completed his studies at the Ohel Yosef yeshiva in Ashkelon. When he was drafted into the IDF. He even volunteered for a pre-military driving course and completed successfully. Nathan was drafted into the IDF in February 1974. After his basic training he was sent to the Armored Corps in the south of the country as a driver, and as his commander attested: “He excelled in his actions throughout his service and was admired by his comrades and commanders. He was very energetic and helped with many of the company’s soldiers and gained the trust of all. “During his service, Natan maintained close contact with his family and vacated his visits to the home and to help his older parents, brothers and sisters on July 13, Nathan fell in the line of duty in the Sinai. He was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Ata. Survived by his parents and thirteen brothers and sisters.
