Rachamim, Moshe (Shvo, Szabo)
Son of Esther and Matityahu, was born on 12.4.1927 in Sofia, the capital of Bulgaria, where he studied for seven years in a Hebrew school and later in the Gymnasium, was a Zionist from his childhood and a member of Maccabi. He survived the horrors of the Second World War, and in February 1946 he arrived in Israel as part of the Youth Aliya and joined a group of Bulgarian youth in Kfar Giladi, who was quiet and humble in speech and action. Of the kibbutz, and saw the success of his group’s enterprise as his own personal interest, which he was responsible for, tried to correct and improve, and every failure or mistake caused him pain.
