Rachamim, Avraham

Son of Leah and Nissim. Born in Nahariya on the 6th of Tishrei, October 2, 1965. On August 13, 1983, he enlisted in the IDF, and served in the Ordnance Corps. After completing his compulsory service, he continued to serve for many years in the Israel Defense Forces in a challenging and fascinating track. In 1996 he moved to serve in Division 14, Amiad Camp. In September 2009, during my Rosh Hashana holiday in 2009, he began to feel ill, and after about a month he was diagnosed with cancer. Avraham fell in the line of duty on Sunday, the 1st of Tishrei, Rosh Hashanah, September 8, 2010. He was forty five years old. He was laid to rest in the military section of the Karmiel cemetery. He left a wife and three sons, parents, three sisters and a brother.
