Prianti, Moshe


Son of Yosef and Rina. Born on the 11th of Tevet 5711 (1.1.1951) in Lod and studied there in the elementary school. He was an athlete and a member of the Betar youth team, and was drafted into the IDF in February 1969, and about a year later he was injured. Or on the 18th of Adar I 5702 (February 23, 1970), died. Moshe was laid to rest in the Lod cemetery. The commander of the unit wrote to his parents in a letter of condolence: “Moshe did not manage to serve for a long time in our unit, but the short time we met him was enough for all of us, his commanders and friends, to understand his character. He always obeyed the orders with a smile on his lips and his friends always praised him for being a devoted friend of theirs.Perienti left the base after three days of strenuous work to spend a few days off and help his family, which he always cared for: His freedom was not saved and death took him away from us. A Torah scroll was donated in his memory to the “Halalei Tzahal” Synagogue in Lod.
