Presser, Uri (Orel)

Son of Ya’akov and Tzirel. He was born on the 17th of Adar I, 1932, in the city of Butchany, Romania. he immigrated to Israel in 1948. He attended the school in Givat Hashlosha, and was drafted into the IDF in April 1950, after which he went on reserve duty. At the outbreak of the Sinai Campaign, called to reserve duty and fell in battle on the 27th of Cheshvan, 5711 (1/11/1956). He was buried at the Military Cemetery of the Emergency Army in Shelah, and on Thursday, 30.10.1957, he was placed at the military cemetery in Haifa.
