Pollack, Yehezkel-Shlomo (Harry)


Son of Kalman and Rebecca. He was born on February 26, 1946 in the city of Iasi, Romania. In 1950, when he was four years old, he immigrated to Israel with his mother and sister following his father who immigrated two years earlier. The family settled in Kiryat Motzkin and the education given to him in the home was traditional and his customs were great for him and his parents, because he knew how to look old and come to the aid of others at any time. At school he was loved by his teachers and teachers and was popular with his classmates. From 1961 to 1964, he received marine training in fishing and shipping at Michmoret School. In 1964 he was drafted into the IDF and served in the Navy, and after a year and a half he moved to the Nahal paramilitary brigade (service free of charge) and served in a fishing boat in which he served hard and died of his wounds on Tuesday 16 Kislev 5727 (16.11.1966) and was brought to rest in the military cemetery in Haifa.
