Pless (Mossman), David (“Dudik”)

David, son of Chaim and Esther Pless, was born on December 19, 1935 in Jerusalem. He was drafted into the IDF in December 1953. He participated in the Sinai Campaign and fulfilled his duty faithfully and conscientiously, he was courageous in every mission. During the Six-Day War, on the 3rd of Sivan 5767 (June 11, 1967) David fell, in Bir Hasna, Sinai. Laid a pregnant wife and two sons. He was buried in the emergency military cemetery in Bari and was later transferred to eternal rest of the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
