Pintus, Reuben

Son of – Shmuel and Rachel. He was born on April 10, 1939 in Moshav Sde-Warburg. He completed his studies at the elementary school in Zofit and later at the “Hakfar Hayarok” agricultural school. In those days, he devoted himself to the field of agriculture, and as a member of the third nucleus “Negev” worked in this industry most of his time in Revivim. He was drafted into the IDF as part of the Nahal Brigade in October 1957 and took part in a training course there. His special attachment to the landscape of the country was expressed in all his letters. He loved music very much. He fell in the line of duty on the 26th of Adar 5719 (6.3.1959) and was brought to rest at the cemetery in Sde Warburg. The third group of Kibbutz Revivim issued a booklet in his memory.
