He grew up and was educated in Kfar Sava, where he studied in a school of “Ha-Mizrachi” and belonged to the ” Bnei Akiva. “After graduating, he began working as a laborer in a diamond factory, first in Netanya and then working in a cooperative in Kfar Saba, where he served in the Alexandroni Brigade and participated in all the battles around Kfar Saba, And later in various places in the country .When the Legion entered the fighting, the situation in Jerusalem deteriorated and the road to it was cut off by the legion of Latrun. “In the course of this operation, the battalion was reinforced by the 7th Brigade, which was forced to conquer Latrun, the attacking force encountered better enemy forces and was forced to retreat, and on that day it fell on May 25, 1948, On 17 November 1949 he was laid to rest at the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
