Peretz, Avner (Victor)

Peretz, Avner (Victor)

Son of Avraham and Flora. Born on September 28, 1949 in Casablanca, Morocco, he immigrated to Israel when he was a child, and when he reached school he studied at the Remez elementary school in Jerusalem and later worked as a carpenter. He was a loyal friend and devoted son to his parents, and supported his sick and sick father and his family, and when he was drafted into the IDF in May 1966, he continued to support him even after his release from the army. But only about seven months passed, and on the 14th of Tevet 5727 (December 14, 1966), Avner was killed while performing his duties near Mishmar Hanegev and was brought to eternal rest in the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
