Ozen, Isaac (“Itzik”)

Son of Haim and Alice. He was born on September 7, 1947 in the city of Sousse in Tunisia. After the family immigrated to Israel in 1955, he continued his elementary studies at Tachkemoni in Netanya and in Yashuron in Kiryat Hayovel in Jerusalem. After graduating from the IDF in August 1965, he worked for a year as a clerk in the Ministry of Finance. He was inclined to literature and sent his hand to writing poems. On the 9th of Sivan 5726 (28.5.1966) he died of an accident wound and was put to rest at the military cemetery on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
