Oz, Eyal

Son of Nitza and Michael, was born on 7 July 1960 in Kfar Saba. In October 1978 Eyal was drafted into the IDF and sent to a pilot training course. In March 1980 he completed a basic course as a pilot and was promoted to sergeant. Eyal completed his training as an aviation officer in July 1980. He won flying wings and the rank of second lieutenant, and from April 1980, he served in the regular army On 16 September 1981 Eyal rode on his motorcycle from his home to his base and was involved in a fatal road accident. He was brought to the military cemetery in Kfar Saba.
