Oslander, Leslie (“Lucie”)


Son of Paul and Elisabeth. Born on September 14, 1926, in Kistelk, Hungary, he received a high school education and was a mechanic by profession, and when his father entered Hungary he was tortured to death and his mother was brought to the gas chambers. After completing his service, he sought to immigrate to Israel and in 1948 he fulfilled his request, joining the IDF in which he worked as a driver. Participated in battles in Faluja. During the truce a victim of the ambush was killed on the way to Sodom; This was on the 20th of Nissan, 20.4.1949 (19). He was laid to rest in the military cemetery at Nahalat Yitzhak. He put down a wife.
