Orminer, Gina


Daughter of Camelia and Chaim. Born in Warsaw, Germany, on November 28, 1919, she was educated in Beit Ne’eman for Judaism and in 1935 she immigrated to Eretz Israel with the Youth Aliya group and with her group, She joined the “Tomorrow” group of Hakibbutz Hameuhad, which is located in Hadar in the Sharon region and afterward to the “Ha-Kovesh” camp that settled in Kfar Saba. The hope is that the kibbutz body will develop into a large settlement in the new place as well On April 24, 1939, she went with her friend David Les, from the kibbutz, to close a water tap in an orchard, and on their way back shots were fired at them from inside the orchard, which hit and killed the garden. She was laid to rest in the Kfar Sava cemetery and left two brothers in the country, and her friends in the hachshara commemorated her in a memorial folder.
