Orbach, Israel-Shlomo


Son of Zvi and Esther. He was born on the 17th of Shevat 5708 (17.1.1948) in Tel Aviv and completed his studies at the “Yeshiva of the South” high school in Rehovot, where he received a high school diploma. He was drafted into the IDF in mid-August 1968 and volunteered for the Armored Corps. He served as a religious symbol in various places in the Canal Zone and in the Artillery Corps in the West Bank. On April 9, 1970, Israel’s sergeant fell in the line of duty and was laid to rest in the military cemetery in Kiryat Shaul.
