Oliel, Meir

Son of Menachem and Hannah. He was born in 1938 in Safed, Morocco, and immigrated to Israel in 1953. He was drafted into the IDF in April 1956 and after completing his mandatory service, he remained in the permanent army. On the 19th of Adar I, 5723 (February 23, 1962), he fell in the line of duty and was put to rest at the Ramle Civil Cemetery.
