Ofer, Ehud (“Udi”)

Son of Yitzhak and Shoshana. He was born on October 28, 1959, in Netanya. Udi was drafted into the IDF as a volunteer at the end of March 1978. He was sent to a course for the knowledge of the country, successfully completed it and became a country-knowledge instructor. On 27 Cheshvan, 27.11.1978, he fell and was buried in the cemetery in Netanya, where he left behind his parents, two brothers and a sister, and after his death he was promoted to the rank of Corporal.
