Noam Rubinstein

Noam, daughter of Raya and Kobi Rubinstein was born in 1991 in Haifa, nine months after the first Gulf War. Noam fell during her duties on 8 Shvat, February 21, 2014. She was brought to rest in the regional cemetery in Misgav, in the Galilee, near her place of residence, leaving parents and two brothers.
