Nir, Tal

Daughter of Yehudit and Reuven. Was born on February 14, 1976 in Kibbutz Mefalsim, where she grew up and was educated. Tal studied for twelve years at the Sha’ar Hanegev Regional School. She particularly liked drawing and in accordance with her skills, studied the artistic track. As a final project at the end of the 12th grade, she drew a painting that was made up of three pictures and was titled “Beriah Beria.” She received a high degree in this work, which was published by the Faculty of Agriculture of the Hebrew University Tal, who has a constant smile, openness to people and love of animals, began to find more interest in the school that enabled her to express herself on social issues and to create a bond of friendships, as her friends describe. , Sympathetic / what is the situation and what is the matter? / Family, brothers and drawing paintings / Love is dogs and animals / Gathering strange and beautiful stones / Parties, funerals, pleasures, moments / alone and together with all friends. “And adds a friend:” I carry a short and short memory of a radiant flower girl Joy, wisdom and knowledge, mature and ripe, yet naive and beautiful, beautiful. “And the family’s friends write:” generously spinning a delicate texture of the sayings, thoughts and experiences of a noble and mature girl. “” Tal loved life. She was a very happy girl. She always laughed. She had a sense of humor, people loved being beside her, and she loved being with people. You could talk to her about everything. Mostly she knew how to listen. We would listen to music, watch TV together. We travel a lot to the sea. She had a wonderful boxer named Zoe, who was her whole world, “says her friend, Eti Levin, who was recruited to the IDF in early December 1994 and joined the Intelligence Corps. After basic training, and after completing her course in the intelligence service, she was sent to the Gaza Division as a non-commissioned officer. “You were a good and true friend,” she says. “More than once, she was portrayed as an investor,” she said. “But you would always remember that smile that never dies.” On 9 April 1995, Tal fell while serving in the Gaza Strip, when a car bomb exploded near her bus in the Kfar Darom area, and was brought to rest in the plains. Roni and Sagi Tal were promoted to corporal after her death. In a letter of condolence to the bereaved family, Chief of Staff Amnon Lipkin-Shahak wrote: “Tal, may she rest in peace, fell in the battle against terrorism when a car bomb blew up near the bus in Kfar Darom in the Gaza Strip. Tal served in the intelligence division of the Gaza Division and was described by her commanders as a professional, serious and responsible soldier who contributed greatly to her skill in drawing and painting for the preparation of intelligence aids in the division. Tal always aspired to learn and succeed, and was highly motivated to serve. “Despite her brief period, Tal stood out as a graceful, lively soldier who quickly integrated into work and society. She announced that she wanted to be an officer. Tal was integrated into an interesting role with a great challenge, which requires extensive analysis and understanding. She took the job seriously and thoroughly and her performance seemed promising. Her talents soon became apparent in the painting and the drawing, and she assisted in this field in addition to her role. We lost a society that undoubtedly contributed and would have contributed greatly to the unit and the army. “
