Son of-Mendel and Rivka. Born in Buenos Aires, Argentina, on March 24, 1944, he grew up in a modest home and received a Zionist education from the movement he belonged to at the age of 9. He returned to Israel in early 1967 and joined his friends from the “Mekorot” nucleus who completed the agriculture, in addition to the various works in the agriculture in which he participated, became active in the drama club and was active in the provinces, . For a short time he was able to hit deep roots in the place and find his place among the members. Moshe realized that by joining a group life he could achieve his personal vision. Moshe knew how to bestow his beauty on his surroundings in the group, and his appearance was full of youthful passion and the hearts of his friends and their homes were open to him. Because of his mental obligations and obligations to support his elderly parents who remained in Argentina, Moshe was forced to complete his formal education with great effort. Although he was knowledgeable, he saw the need to complete them.
