Neuberg, Miriam

During the Second World War, she enlisted in the British Army and was assigned to the Women’s Aid Corps. She served in Egypt, where she was killed in a car accident on 7 Tamuz, 22.6.1942, and was brought to rest in the British military cemetery in Tel el-Kabir, Egypt. She was immortalized in the book “Yizkor” and the “Book of the Journalists”, 1946.
