Nahshon, Shalom

Son of Yosef and Shulamit. He was born in 1937 in Yemen, where he studied at the Talmud Torah and immigrated to Israel in 1949. His family settled in Moshav Geulim. Where Shalom worked with his father in agriculture. Shalom was drafted into the IDF in 1955 and volunteered for the Paratroopers Brigade, and in September 1956 he completed a parachute training course and was assigned to a paratroopers’ paratroopers.
