Nahmani, Reuven
Son of Sultana (Malka) Asher, was born on February 5, 1930, in the city of Safro, Morocco, immigrated to Israel in 1935 and studied at the Kol Israel Haverim and Ratisbonne schools in Jerusalem, He was a member of the Haganah and was a member of the Hagana, and he was sent to the Dead Sea for three months and then transferred to the village. Etzion fell with the fall of Kfar Etzion on Wednesday, 13.5.1948. His brother Maimon fell two weeks later when a mortar shell exploded in the Schneller camp in Jerusalem. On the 17th of Cheshvan 5706 (17.11.1949), he was brought to rest with the rest of the fallen in the military cemetery at Mount Herzl in Jerusalem.
