Nadav and Aviad-Zadok
Son of Miriam and Nathan, was born on Rehovot on May 3, 1965. Aviad was a son of a well-to-do family of Ethiopian origin, and his parents lived in Moshav Mishan, where he attended elementary school. When he reached the army, he asked permission to raise his beard, and the authority was given to him. Aviad joined the IDF in June 1983. He was trained in the Border Police, and Aviad was sent to a training course as a police officer, and on the sixth of Cheshvan 5744 (October 13, 1983), he was killed in a gun accident. He was 18 years old when he fell. Aviad was laid to rest on Mount Herzl in Jerusalem. He left behind his parents and eight brothers and sisters
