Musai, Shlomo

Musai, Shlomo

Son of Avraham and Nava. He was born on the 5th of Sivan 5709 (5.7.1959) in Beit Shean. He did his elementary studies at the Meir School in the area, and then studied for another year in the city’s religious-inclusive school. From the end of his studies until his induction into the IDF, Shlomo worked for the army in the middle of May 1977 and was assigned to the Engineering Corps. After basic training, he took a course in the Plassim course, after which his military profession was recognized as a level. At the beginning of his military career, Shlomo suffered from intense longing for his family and his home, but when he overcame them, he became a responsible and dedicated worker, and he soon assumed responsibility for a large part of the “rehabilitative” that served his comrades in the unit. His direct commanders appreciated him very much and aspired to advance him in the framework of his military service, and so he responded to his request to go on a course in driving – a few days before his death. On the 28th of Tevet 5738 (8.1.1978) Shlomo was injured in an accident and fell in the performance of his duties. He was brought to eternal rest in the Beit Shean cemetery. Survived by his parents, brothers and sisters.
